Please note that all goods being returned to Fuzion plc must now be accompanied by a Goods Returns (RMA) Number. 
  Goods returned without the relevant Goods Return Number will be returned to the sender.
   
  If you are returning goods for repair or returning an item that has already been advance replaced by us for credit, you may use this form to obtain your returns number.
   
  If you are returning goods for credit, please fill in this form as normal. Pressing the 'SUBMIT' button will send your request to us for approval.  If approved, your Authorisation Number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Note that returning goods for credit may incur a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the value of the goods depending on the reasons for return and condition of the goods.

  1 - Wrong Goods Sent In these situations, please call us on 01932 882222.
  2 -  Goods ordered incorrectly We will endeavour to deal with your request and
  3 -  Loan returns issue you with your RMA number.

  Note: If you are returning goods for warranty evaluation it is imperative you enclose a copy of your original sales invoice.
     

    Please provide as much detail as possible concerning the fault you are experiencing.
    Do not simply write "Faulty", as this is insufficient information for our engineers to diagnose and repair the fault.

    If the faulty item requires an external power supply or special cables for proper operation, please ensure that you send these in with the unit.
    For Transmitter/Receiver systems, please ensure that you send both the transmitter and the receiver so that we can properly check all items.
